Ukrainian journalist Anna Klochko and Russian journalist Ivan Kljajić traveled through Bosnia-Herzegovina to see how people were living together 30 years after a civil war that included a genocide. They discovered that "reconciliation here is not abstract but a daily act — rooted in small gestures and the courage to forgive."
Ms. Klochko writes more about the journey in "No Alternative to Dialogue," which you can read in the December issue of ONE magazine.
